Maintenance
Each unit is inspected by management and maintenance to ensure any and all maintenance is completed before move-in.
Yes, we have maintenance on-site Monday-Friday and on call 24/7 for emergencies.
You can either call or email the office to submit a work order or you may submit a request through the online resident portal.
Once a request is made to the office or through the portal, maintenance will respond as quickly as possible given the nature of the request.
No, you do not. If you provide permission to enter, maintenance will complete the work ASAP.
If you have lost your unit keys, call the office during normal business hours and we will verify your identity and grant you access. If it is after hours, you will be required to call a locksmith.
You must return the unit back to management in the same condition that you received it in. If you painted an accent wall for instance, you're required to repaint or you will be charged.

The units do not have W/D hookup capability
$300 Pet Deposit, $150 is refundable. Pet rent is $30 per month.
We allow cats and dogs with an 80 lb weight restriction. There are also breed restrictions.

Guests are welcome and must be accompanied by you to any of the common areas like the gym, pool and laundry facility
No, we do not accept rent before it is due.
No. Subleasing your unit is a violation if your lease agreement.
You will be required to provide a 30-day notice and pay a lease break fee of 1.5x's the rent amount on the day you give notice.
